The unemployment rate for men improved to 4.4 percent from 4.5 percent, while that for women deteriorated to 3.8 percent from 3.7 percent (Oct 31).
男女ともに失業率はわずか0.1％の減少（日本）。
T: 「フィリピンでは看護学校を卒業しても仕事がありません。」
卒業生がかなり多いらしい。
一方、日本は看護師不足。
T: 「試験は漢字なのでハードルが高い・・」
P: 「将来、英語で受験出来るといいですね。」
